Zeen 框架和结构金属组件（包括配件上的结构金属组件）的保养期为 a 2-year period, starting on the date we ship the item to you. We guarantee against structural deformities or manufacturing defects under normal use during this time-period. All non-structural parts, including non-structural components on accessories, will be covered under normal use for a period of 6-months from the date we ship out of our factory, including: tires, brakes, cables, springs, seat, fabric, and plastic components.

我们的保养不涵盖疏忽、滥用、不当使用、非原厂改装，或未按照ance with our written and video instructions. The warranty is only valid if your Zeen is registered with Exokinetics within 30 days from date of receipt.

收到产品后请立即填写并寄回所提供的 Zeen 产品登记卡。本保养 is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser, or gift recipient who receives a Zeen promptly after original purchase.

保养不涵盖因以下原因造成的 Zeen（或其部件）损坏：
1) 调整不当。

3) 紫外线和环境影响，例如油漆或其他组件的正常风化。
4) 不当使用、使用方式与我们的书面及影片说明不一致，或疏忽。

组件保养详情：Exokinetics 将根据合理判断，确定缺陷是由于材料或l or manufacturing defects during the warranty period and will repair, replace, or reimburse qualifying defects at its sole discretion.

如果在维修或退货过程中，Exokinetics 要求退回组件或 Zeen 装置，Exokinetics 将提供Return Authorization number for the return shipment.

本保养范围内所有符合条件的维修和更换之运输费用将由 Exokinetics 承担，前提是y originate from within the United States and US territories. Eligible repairs and replacements must be shipped in the original Zeen packaging and per packaging methods provided by Exokinetics. Shipping methods will be determined solely by Exokinetics. If a particular component is eligible for warranty, and the original part is no longer available, Exokinetics will provide the closest available alternative.
